Kathmandu, June 4: The Netherlands have set a target of 226 runs for Nepal in today’s ICC World Cup League-2 match.

Batting first, the Netherlands were bowled out for 225 runs in 49.1 overs.

  • Nova Kraus top-scored for the Netherlands with 48 runs
  • Captain Scott Edwards contributed 43 runs, while Bikramjit Singh added 38 runs

Nepal’s bowling performance:

  • Sompal Kami took 3 wickets, conceding 48 runs in 9.1 overs
  • Karan KC, Sandeep Lamichhane, and Lalit Rajbanshi took 2 wickets each

Nepal had earlier started the tri-series on a strong note by defeating Scotland in their opening match.
