Pakistan Embassy Awards Scholarship for 200 Nepalese students, Lawmaker Dhakal Commended
Kathmandu, June 27 : The Embassy of Pakistan in Nepal organized a scholarship award ceremony for deserving Nepali students at the Radisson Hotel in Kathmandu.
Serving as the Chief Guest, Lawmaker Ek Nath Dhakal joined His Excellency Ambassador Abrar H. Hashmi and Political and Education Counsellor Mr. Iqbal Haider in distributing scholarship grants to the selected students.
In his remarks, Dhakal commended the Embassy of Pakistan for its continued commitment to supporting access to quality education for Nepali students.
Dhakal congratulated the scholarship recipients and encouraged them to value their education and remain committed to their academic pursuits.
Now in its 13th year, the Pakistan Embassy’s Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to Nepali students. This year, 200 students from diverse backgrounds, schools, and age groups were delighted to receive the awards.
Lawmaker Dhakal is a Member of the House of Representatives of Nepal serving in the International Relations and Tourism Committee of the Parliament. In addition, he also serves as the Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC) internationally.
