PM Oli Holds Bilateral Talks with Kyrgyz Leader During LLDC Conference in Turkmenistan

Avaza, Turkmenistan, Aug 5: Nepal’s Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Chairman of the Kyrgyz Council of Ministers, Adilbek Kasimaliev, held bilateral talks today on the sidelines of the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) in Avaza, Turkmenistan.
The two leaders discussed matters of mutual interest and cooperation, focusing on strengthening bilateral relations between Nepal and Kyrgyzstan. The discussions took place in a cordial and constructive atmosphere, according to officials present at the meeting.
Joining Prime Minister Oli were Chief Advisor Bishnu Prasad Rimal and Foreign Ministry Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai, along with other senior officials.
The high-level engagement comes at a time when LLDCs are seeking greater cooperation in areas such as trade connectivity, sustainable development, and regional partnerships. Both Nepal and Kyrgyzstan, as landlocked nations, share common challenges and goals on the global stage.
