CPN (UML) Chair Observes Cambodia’s General Election, Holds Courtesy Meetings
Kathmandu, July 24: CPN (UML) Chair KP Sharma Oli, currently in Cambodia to observe its seventh general election, held separate courtesy meetings with former President of Sri Lanka, Maithripala Sirisena, and former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan. The meetings took place on the sidelines of the occasion.
Before these meetings, Oli also had a productive discussion with former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Yusuf Raja Gilani.
While in Cambodia, the UML Chair visited three polling centers to observe the election process.
Oli, accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya and UML deputy general secretary Bishnu Rimal, had departed for Cambodia on July 18. As per the schedule, he is set to return home today itself.
