Temperature plummets across the country
Kathmandu. The temperature in Kathmandu valley has dipped down to a minimum of 10 degrees Celsius today which is the lowest recorded this year. The whole country has recorded a decrease in temperature, as per the Weather Forecast Division’s latest details
Kathmandu has experienced a chilly day today with the fall in temperature. According to the Weather Forecast Division, the Kathmandu Valley has recorded a maximum temperature of 24 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature has also decreased from 10.2 on Friday.
Jumla district has recorded the lowest minimum temperature in the country with minus two degree Celsius
Meteorologist Pratibha Manandhar has forecasted a decrease in temperature all over the country in the coming days. “Colder moment has been experienced in the morning and evening time albeit the days are sunny”, National News Agency (RSS) quoted her, adding, “Thin foggy environment will prevail in Terai some days and mist will make weak visibility in mountainous area since there is no raining since long time”.
