Sri Lanka in state of emergency for second time

Kathmandu, May 7. Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa declared a state of emergency in Sri Lanka for the second time on Friday. With the announcement, security personnel are granted powers to stop nationwide protests against Rajapaksa. Further, police used tear gas and water cannon to disperse crowds infront of the national parliament, earlier on Friday. A
