Jaishankhar holds talk with secretary of foreign affairs of Philippines
Kathmandu, February 14. Minister of External Affairs for India, S Jaishankar held talks with his Philippines counterpart Teodoro L Locsin on Monday. Their discussion ranged from issues of mutual national security and development.
