Supreme Court issues show-cause notice against the dissolution of Parliament
Kathmandu, December 25 : The Supreme Court (SC) has issued a show-cause notice against the government’s decision to dissolve parliament. The order was passed by the constitutional bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Jung Bahadur Rana while hearing 12 writ petitions on Friday.
