Province No. 5 named Lumbini, capital Bhalubang

The provincial government’s proposal to name Province No. 5 as Lumbini and set up Bhalubang of Dang as provincial capital has been endorsed with two-thirds majority by the Province Assembly.on Tuesday. 82 votes were cast in the assembly comprising of 87 lawmakers.
