Prime Minister congratulates Arpan Sharma for second Guinness Record
Kathmandu, December 19. Two times Guinness World Record holder Arpan Sharma, popularly known as “memory king” visited Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba at the official residence today. During the short meeting, PM Deuba congratulated Sharma for writing his name for the second time in the Guinness Book. Sharma set his first world record in 2015
