Kathmandu, September 4. An incident has come into light where a security guard has been arrested for asking a minister to stay in line. Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Jeevan Ram Shrestha visited Chhaya Center at Thamel on Friday for purpose of a biometric work. He was asked by security guard Sherjung Kunwar
