Election Commission asks for clarification from Sthapit within 24 hours
Kathmandu, May 2. The Election Commission has asked for clarification from Keshav Sthapit, a mayoral candidate for Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Sthapit, a mayor candidate from opposition party CPN-UML made an offensive comment to a lady at a public event in Kathmandu recently.
