Kathmandu Valley experiences “coldest day” of 2021
Kathmandu, November 17. Today was the coldest day of the year in the Kathmandu Valley so far. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the minimum temperature of the Valley was measured at 7.4 degrees Celsius. On Monday, it was 8.0 degrees Celsius. The Department has urged one and all to take precautions
