Nepal shines as Ayesha and Parvati win golds at the International Online Poomsae

Kathmandu. Ayesha Shakya and Parvati Gurung of Nepal have bagged gold in the International Online Poomsae organized in Bangladesh. Ayesha, who had received double gold in the 13th South Asian Games (SAG), had won the gold in the U-40 category. In the U-30 category, Nepal’s Parvati Gurung and Nita Gurung collected the gold and silver respectively.
।n the U-24 female category, Sina Maden and in the U-24 male category Krishna Bahadur Tamang of Nepal won the silvers. Taekwondo players of Nepal Army had taken part in the competition, representing Nepal.
Players had given their demonstrations online at Army Physical Training Center, Lagankhel. Nepal Army coaches Deepak Bista and Dan Bahadur Airie played a significant role in the competition.
