The launch event, graced by Chief of Army Staff Prabhuram Sharma, marked a significant moment in preserving and sharing the flavors of Nepali cuisine.

Rana, the talented author behind this culinary treasure, is no stranger to the world of gastronomy, being the wife of former Chief of Army Staff Gaurav Shamsher Rana and author of the acclaimed ‘The Rana Cookbook.’

Within the pages of ‘The Nepal Cookbook,’ Rana invites readers on a gastronomic journey through the diverse landscapes of Nepal, from the lush Terai plains to the rugged hills and towering Himalayas.
