Kathmandu, December 6. On Sunday, Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez was stopped at Mumbai airport and was denied leave for her upcoming stage show in Dubai.

After a brief questioning session, the immigration officers at International airport asked  Jacqueline to appear in the Enforcement Directorate, as she was found to have apparent involvement in the 200-crore money laundering case.

Last week, the investigative agency issued a “Look Out Circular” on the Chandrasekar case and filed a charge sheet against Sukesh Chandrasekar and his wife. The agency claimed that the accused had extorted Rs 200 crore from former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Singh’s wife, Aditi Singh. They had allegedly promised her that they could get Singh out of jail in exchange of Rs 200 crore.

Media reports suggest that the probe Directorate found evidence that showed 10-crore financial transactions between Chandrasekar and Jacqueline. She will be questioned by officials at the Delhi office of the Directorate.

The agency has also been questioning actress Nora Fatehi, as she had also received a luxury car as a gift from Chandrasekar.
