Nepal promises “Madrasa teachings” in School Curriculum

Kathmandu, December 7. Nepali Minister of Education, Science, and Technology, Devendra Poudel has announced that the government will include “Madrasa education” in school curriculum.
While speaking at a release event of the report ‘Madrasa education in Nepal and its Future Transformation’, Poudel said that the officials of the ministry are having formal talks with stakeholders regarding the construction of an effective proposal.
Poudel also said that the inclusion of all types of cultural teachings is a priority in Nepali Constitution.
