Landslide in Palpa, 6 missing including a pregnant woman

Kathmandu. Five members of the same family have gone missing after a landslide in Rambha VDC of Palpa.
According to Bishnu Prasad Bhandari, chairman of Rambha VDC-2, incessant rainfall since the night before had caused the landslide that buried the home of Hum Bahadur Gaha.
The debris also buried the house of their neighbor Man Baahadur but the family members were able to scamper out on time.
A team of security personnel has moved towards the landslide site. Locals are carrying the rescue operation there at present.
Likewise, a pregnant woman has also gone missing in a similar landslide case at Surumdada, ward chair Bhandari informed.
