Nepali Foreign Minister Khadka meets Indian counterpart Jaishankar on sidelines of BIMSTEC

Kathmandu, March 29. Foreign Minister Dr. Narayan Khadka met his Indian counterpart S Jaishankar on the sidelines of BIMSTEC meeting in Colombo on Tuesday.
Matters of connectivity, energy, power and health between the two countries were discussed.
The Nepali Foreign Ministry tweeted, “Foreign Minister Hon. Dr. Narayan Khadka meets External Affairs Minister of India @DrSJaishankar on the sidelines of the 18th BIMSTEC Ministerial Meeting in Colombo. Matters including the ongoing preparations for Hon. PM’s visit to India were discussed in the meeting”.
S Jaishankar also tweeted that it was good to meet his Nepali counterpart, along with discussing matters of cooperation.
Furthermore, Foreign Minister Khadka met Bangladesh’s Foreign Minister Dr. A. K. Abdul Momen and Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai. The leaders exchanged views on bilateral matters and mutual concerns.
