Oxygen Plant explodes in Lalitpur kills two, injuring others

Kathmandu, April 21. A explosion in an oxygen plant in Patan Industrial Area has killed two people. The explosion took place on Thursday morning injuring several others as well.
According to SP Siddha Bikram Shah of the Lalitpur Metropolitan Police Range, the explosion occurred in Sagarmatha Oxygen Plant while the staff were filling oxygen in the cylinders.
Further, the explosion was powerful as the body parts of the deceased were found far away from the explosion site.
However, the injured have been discharged from the hospital. The deceased two have been identified as Indian nationals working for the industry.
