27-year-old Dipendra Okhrabu died on the spot after falling from a moving tractor on Bahanande Road at Phungling Municipality-07, that runs along the Mechi Highway.
The District Police Office has confirmed that the tractor (NA 6 TA 3000) was transporting sand from Kabeli to the district headquarters, and belonged to the Dewit Khimding Construction Company. The driver has escaped while the tractor has been seized by the authorities.
