Ruling coalition asks for support of common candidates
Kathmandu, October 28. The five-party ruling coalition has urged its leaders, cadre, and voters to support their candidates in the upcoming elections. This year’s simultaneous House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly elections are scheduled for November 20.
Further, the leaders in the ruling coalition appealed to the voting public to support the shared candidates in a joint press release today.
Moreover, the statement was issued by Nepali Congress President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairperson Madhav Kumar Nepal and Rastriya Janamorcha Chairperson Chitra Bahadur KC.
The leaders have also pledged to resolve the existing disputes in some places regarding seat distribution.
