‘Higher Command and Management Training’ commenced at Nagarkot

Kathmandu. The 8th batch ‘Higher Command and Management Training’ has begun from Sunday at Nepal Army War College in Nagarkot. Chief of General Staff (CGS) Lieutenant General Prabhu Ram Sharma inaugurated the training through video conference. He opined that the training would be instrumental in producing future military leadership capable of taking timely decisions during complex situations.

Thirty colonels are enlisted for the training. The training is deemed essential for the professional development of officers vying for top ranks in the army. It is also the highest level training provided by the Nepali Army. Directorate of Public Relations and Information  of Nepali Army has informed that the training is being carried with necessary health safety measures and physical distancing.
