Kathmandu residents enjoy fresh weather after days of rain (Photo feature)
Kathmandu, March 21. Kathmandu has been experiencing rainy weather for the past few days. With the rain, the temperature has dropped, and the cold weather has increased.
“The impact of the Westerly low-pressure system has brought light rainfall at several places across the country. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning and hailstorm in several places in the hilly areas of the country and few places in the Terai belt,” the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology said on Tuesday morning.
According to the Division’s latest updates, the Kathmandu Valley this morning experienced a minimum temperature of 10.8 degrees Celsius and is likely to touch the highest point of 19.9 degrees during the daytime.
