Nepali Congress leader Bishwakarma on ventilator support

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress leader and former minister Min Bahadur Bishwakarma has been shifted to a ventilator on Saturday. According to the hospital officials at Grande International Hospital, Bishwakarma was in the hospital ICU for the treatment of coronavirus and was shifted to a ventilator as his health detoriated.

Bishwakarma was detected with the virus on October 17. Initially, he was on home isolation for eight days and then was taken to Bir Hospital for further treatment. When no improvement in his health was seen, he was taken to Grande International Hospital after three days.
