Kuala Lumpur, December 28 : The dead bodies of 26 Nepalis had been sent to Nepal from Malaysia a few days ago and 20 more bodies have been collected. The death rate of Nepali workers in different places in Malaysia has  increased lately.

As the narrow-body airplanes are not able to carry the bodies, it is necessary to fly a wide-body aircraft once a month to send the bodies to Nepal. The  bodies of dead Nepali workers have piled up in Malaysian hospitals  due to the failure of such flights.

DC Nepal had reported some time ago about 26 bodies reportedly stranded in Malaysia. The bodies were flown in a Nepal Airlines wide-body aircraft after the efforts of the Nepali  Embassy and the labor community in Malaysia.

Currently, more than 20 bodies could not be repatriated due to lack of flights, according to a source in the Embassy of Malaysia.
