Al Qaeda’s chief of staff Zawahiri dead, had become head after Osama bin Laden’s death
Kathmandu. Ayman al-Zawahiri, the founder and leader of the Muslim extremist group al-Qaeda, has been killed. He was one of the leaders who founded Al Qaeda in 1988 along with Osama bin Laden. Zawahiri took over the reins of al Qaeda, in 2011, after the US forces killed Osama bin Laden. Journalist Hassan Hassan tweeted,
