Washington. US President Trump’s health sees continuous improvement contrary to some rumors of his being in critical condition.

The medical team in charge of Trump’s care has informed that his oxygen level had been low twice; besides that, there have been no further complications. Doctors involved stated that his fever had come down and he was in a stable condition. Trump is likely to be discharged on Monday.

Mark Meadows, White House chief of staff said that they were happy to know about the president’s condition getting better. Earlier, Meadows told reporters, “We’re still not on a clear path yet to full recovery.”  He had stated that the next 48 hours would be critical. Likewise, Saturday night his chief doctor updated that the president was “not out of the woods.”

Addressing the concerns, US President Donald Trump posted a video on Sunday praising his doctors at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He told that he was improving and would be “back soon”

“It’s been a very interesting journey,” he said. “I learned a lot about Covid.” He added: “I get it, and I understand it.”

Trump is undergoing treatment at a military facility in Maryland. First lady Melania Trump, who also tested positive for COVID-19, is in home quarantine.
