Washington. The US President, Donald Trump addressed his supporters on Saturday evening from the White House balcony, stating that he had recovered from the coronavirus infection. President Trump’s private doctors have claimed that he is not at risk of infection. Trump was diagnosed with COVID-19 on October 2 and was treated at a U.S. military hospital.

Trump’s personal physician, Dr. Sean Conley, stated on Saturday that Trump’s test showed no signs of infection and that he was in good health. More than 7.7 million people have been infected with the virus in the US so far, while more than 213,000 have lost their lives. President Trump has been accused of not doing enough to control the coronavirus pandemic and he has been mocking the policy of wearing a mask and maintaining social distance.

He did not wear a mask at a public ceremony at the White House on Saturday as well, but other people were not around him. After undergoing some treatment, he returned to the White House last Monday. Trump, who has been lagging behind Joe Biden in a national poll, is now scheduled to address election rallies in various states.

In his address to the White House, he spoke with great confidence as he accused the opposition Democratic Party of pursuing a “socialist” and “leftist” agenda, as in the past. He claimed that he was constantly working to bring the rule of law and the economy in the right direction.
