Kathmandu. In order to resume the cricket activities that have been halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has decided to hold a province level Cricket tournament immediately after the Chhath festival.
According to the District Cricket Associations, CAN has directed the concerned districts to select players and form 3 teams, Under-16, Under-19 and Senior level for the tournament. CAN has taken permission from the National Sports Council to resume the training of the National Cricket team from the second week of November.
The cricketers have been without training since April due to the viral pandemic.
