ANFA inaugurated the largest Futsal of Jumla, second largest of Karnali

Jumla. All Nepal Football Association’s (ANFA) Central President Karmachhiring Sherpa and Vice President Upendraman Singh inaugurated the largest Futsal in Jumla on Wednesday, which was constructed with an investment of Rs. 9.5 million by three private investors in Chandannath Municipality-5.

Nirparaj Bharti, one of the investors stated that he saw a good future for Jumla’s Futsal, while noting that the construction was carried out using the latest technology. Sherpa, the ANFA Central Chairman, said that the Futsal, built on private investment, contributed to Jumla ‘s sports sector development.

Operator Prakash Shahi added that they had developed a Futsal operation with a plan to develop Jumla as a sports hub.

ANFA Central Vice-Chairman Upendraman Singh stressed on the need to build large infrastructure with private and government investment, as Jumla has potential for agriculture, tourism and sports. Chief Kantika Sejuwal of Chandannath Municipality commented that the municipality was ready to make the necessary investments to speed up the Jumla sports sector.
