Nepali Karate team wins four gold medals in Chemnitz Championship

Kathmandu, October 4. At the Chemnitz Open Karate Championship in Germany, Nepal won four gold and two bronze medals. 

The manager of the Nepali national team, Swochchham Gurung informed that Mandey Kazi Shrestha won two gold medals in the senior male kata competitions. 

Mukunda Maharjan bagged a gold medal and bronze medal in the above 30 categories of kumatey matches.

Suman Timilsina also won a gold medal and a bronze medal male senior single kata category.

Players from Germany, Poland, Austria, Azerbaijan, Iran, the Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium played in the open championship.
