Kathmandu, July 31. Nirmal Raj Kafle has been appointed as Resident Nepali Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Brazil.
On the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, the President of Nepal Bidya Devi Bhandari designated Kafle as the ambassador today.
He was appointed in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Nepalese Constitution, said President’s spokesperson.
