Ukrainian police, TV broadcast return to occupied city

Kathmandu, November 12. Ukrainian police along with TV broadcast and radio services has returned to Kherson on Saturday. The return was followed by the withdrawal of Russian troops from the city.

People in Ukraine are celebrating after the Russian troops announced they had withdrawn. Further, the Ukrainian military has been overseeing to make sure the city is safe.

The national police chief of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, said about 200 police officers were set in the city to set up check posts and detect possible war crimes.

Moreover, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the first part of stabilization included de-mining process. Ukrainian intelligence also predicts some Russian military personnel may have stayed back and ditched their uniform, to avoid detection.
