Maoist Centre Contributes Rs 50 Lakh for Jajarkot Earthquake Victims

Kathmandu, Dec 12: The CPN (Maoist Centre) has extended its support by contributing a relief amount of Rs 50 lakh for the earthquake victims in Jajarkot. Pampha Bhusal, the vice president of the Maoist Centre, met with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and presented a cheque equivalent to the specified amount.

During the meeting, Maoist leaders expressed gratitude to the government for its efforts in the rescue, relief, and rehabilitation of the earthquake victims. They also urged the government to ensure the effectiveness of relief and rehabilitation measures.

Additionally, Surya Nepal Pvt Ltd has contributed to the relief efforts by presenting a cheque of Rs 1 crore for the earthquake victims. Ravi KC, Vice President of Surya Nepal, handed over the cheque to Prime Minister Dahal.
