Prime Minister Prachanda Emphasizes Collaboration with Private Sector for Economic Growth

Simra, Jan 29: During an observation visit to the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Jitpursimra sub-metropolitan city of Bara, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, popularly known as “Prachanda,” affirmed the government’s commitment to advancing in collaboration with the private sector.

Engaging with local businessmen after the visit, Prime Minister Prachanda emphasized the importance of creating an investment-friendly environment by placing trust in the private sector. He underlined that the success of the SEZ project is contingent on private sector involvement, and he assured his support for fostering a collaborative environment.

“The SEZ project will not be successful without the involvement of the private sector; the government is with the private sector,” stated the Prime Minister. He advocated for the operation of patient industries within the SEZ, highlighting the significance of giving importance to special economic sectors and promoting a partnership between the private and government entities in the industrial operations.

Expressing his optimism, Prime Minister Prachanda asserted that the SEZ would play a pivotal role in enhancing the country’s prosperity by supporting production and facilitating export promotion. The collaborative efforts between the government and the private sector are envisioned as key drivers for economic growth and development in the region.
