Nepal Premier League Logo Unveiled, Tournament Set for Mangsi 15th Start
Kathmandu, Aug 19: The Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) has officially unveiled the logo for the upcoming Nepal Premier League during a special ceremony in Kathmandu on Monday evening.
Sports Minister Teju Lal Chaudhary announced the logo, marking the countdown to the tournament, which is scheduled to run from Mangsir 15th to Paush 6th. During the event, Minister Chaudhary highlighted how cricket has elevated Nepal’s global presence and reiterated his commitment to supporting the sport’s development.
CAN Secretary Paras Khadka expressed optimism about the league, stating that it will usher in a new era for domestic cricket in Nepal and contribute to the commercialization of the sport. CAN President Chatur Bahadur Chand also emphasized the importance of collective support to ensure the success of the league.
