Dr. Charles S. Yang Invites Prime Minister Oli to International Peace Conference in South Korea
Kathmandu, Feb 14: Dr. Charles S. Yang, the International President of the Universal Peace Federation, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today at the Prime Minister’s and Cabinet Office.
During the meeting, Dr. Yang extended an invitation to Prime Minister Oli to attend the International Conference on Peace and Prosperity, scheduled to take place in South Korea from April 10. The event will mark the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Nepal and Korea.
Dr. Yang, who also serves as the chairman of the Sunhak Peace Prize Foundation, encouraged Prime Minister Oli to take an active role in advocating for the peaceful reunification of the two Koreas. Nepal Family Party Chairman and Federal MP Eknath Dhakal was also present during the meeting.
