Kathmandu, January 30. With the index score of 36.6, Nepal holds 70th position among 98 countries in the Covid Performance Index(CPI) calculated by Australian think tank Lowy Institute.
The index ranks countries on the basis of their average performance in managing the Covid-19 pandemic in the first 36 weeks from the discovery of the 100th national case. Six indicators were taken into account while constructing the Index.
