Lalitpur prepares to vaccinate citizens from Wednesday

Kathmandu, June 22. The Metropolitan Corporation of Lalitpur is preparing to vaccinate at least 2,500 people with the second dose of the Covishield vaccine on Wednesday.
280 out of 2,500 shots will be given to people’s representatives serving as employees and health volunteers in ward offices. The rest of 2,220 doses will be received by people above 77 years of age.
The vaccination drive will be conducted between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm at the following sites:

Metropolitan Office premises

Dhapakhel Health Post

Sunakothi-based Bal Kumari School

Khokana
-
Karya Binayak School

Harisiddhi Health Post

Issuing an official release on Tuesday, Chief Administrative Officer Ganesh Aryal urged the receivers to bring their first dose “vaccination cards” while visiting the vaccine centers.
