Indian PM holds bilateral talks with Japanese PM Kishida

Kathmandu, March 19. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has held a bilateral talk with his Japanese counterpart Fumio Kishida.
The talks were held at Hyderabad House in New Delhi on Saturday. The meeting coincides with the annual India-Japan Summit. Matters of economic and cultural co-operation were discussed; along with strengthening ties between two countries.
Japanese PM Kishida has pledged to work towards Quad and matters of international concern.
Furthermore, the Ministry of External Affairs of India on Thursday said that the two countries are seeking to deepen their partnership in the Indo-Pacific region and beyond.
Kishida is on a two-day official visit to India since Saturday.
