Nepal to Face Bangladesh in Opening Match of U-16 Men’s SAFF Championship

Kathmandu, July 24: The South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) has officially announced the match schedule for the U-16 Men’s SAFF Championship football tournament. The tournament is scheduled to take place in Bhutan from September 1 to 10.

Nepal’s U-16 team will kick off their Championship journey by facing Bangladesh in their opening match on September 3. The match between Nepal and Bangladesh promises to be an exciting encounter.

The Championship will feature six countries, divided into two groups. Group A consists of Nepal, Bangladesh, and India, while Group B includes hosts Bhutan, Maldives, and Pakistan.The Championship will begin with an intense match between India and Bangladesh.All the matches of the U-16 Men’s SAFF Championship will be hosted at the Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu, Bhutan.
