Kathmandu, March 6: Barcelona secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Benfica in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 on Saturday night.
Raphinha scored the decisive goal in the 61st minute to give Barcelona the advantage. However, the Spanish side had to play with 10 men for most of the match after Pau Cubarsí received a red card in the 22nd minute.
With this win, Barcelona takes a crucial lead ahead of the second leg, which will be played at home on March __.
