South Korea proposes amendments to the EPS rules
Seoul. South Korea is preparing EPS law amendments and has submitted some changes in the current rules to the Parliament through the Ministry of Labor. According to the new rules, workers who have changed their workplace can seek re-employment easily as “committed” workers. They can do this if they work for at least one year
