Calendar Determination Committee disregards rumors that Bhai-tika cannot be celebrated in Mangsir
Kathmandu. The Nepal Panchanga Nirnayak Samiti (Calendar Determination Committee) has stated that there is no basis behind the rumor Bhai-tika ceremony cannot be performed in the month of Mangsir. Committee Secretary Surya Prasad Dhungel has issued a statement today urging people to observe the festival, as Kartik Shukla will last as long as 15 Mangsir
