Trump harshly criticizes Fauci as election approaches
Tucson. As Election Day approaches, United States President Donald Trump is becoming more and more aggressive.
On the third day of his visit to the western part of the country, he faced the worst of all pressures during the election campaign. During the campaign, he made some controversial remarks and statements disliked by many. His remarks against experts, including Dr. Anthony Fauci, have been hugely controversial. He portrayed Fauci, a high-ranking expert, as a person who keeps on talking on television and does not cooperate with the government which is dividing the country and the people.
“People are overwhelmed when they hear Fauci and many others like him, they’re outraged, it’s because of them that the situation here has deteriorated,” Trump stated. His remarks about the COVID-19 pandemic are also being criticized. “I’m not scared,” he told reporters before heading to Tucson, Arizona and other areas. “I think I’m running aggressively, I’m very happy, I’m doing well and I’m in a satisfactory position,” he further commented.
Trump claimed that he not only had the confidence and basis to win, but also remarked that some groups were terrified of seeing him win again. He added that he was feeling more comfortable now than when he was previously contesting the 2016 elections.
