Director Rohit Shetty to make action thriller web series
Kathmandu, January 3. Bollywood director Rohit Shetty is all set to make his digital debut. He has planned to enter the digital world by making a web series.
The eight episode series will be an action thriller based on true events. Director Shetty has picked the genre that he is best in and the story shall consist of cop characters. Shetty is famous for making action thrillers with cop characters with movies like Singham and Simmba under his hat. He is also the director for the Golmaal franchise.
The shoot shall go on floors this year after he finishes the shoot of his next, ‘Cirkus’ with Ranveer Singh. The series is yet to be titled.
Shetty’s latest movie ‘Sooryavanshi’ , with Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif was scheduled to release in 2020, but got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
