Indian covid vaccine ‘Covishield’ approved for emergency use in Nepal

Kathmandu, January 15. Indian covid vaccine ‘Covishield’ has been approved for emergency use in Nepal by the Department of Drug Administration on Friday.

‘Covishield’ is developed by the Serum Institute of India.

Nepalese foreign minister Pradeep Gyawali is currently on a visit to India, where an agreement on the covid vaccines is expected.
