Minister Ale lays foundation of domestic terminal at TIA

Kathmandu, June 12. Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Bahadur Ale laid the foundation stone for an arrival terminal building at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) (domestic sector) on Sunday. The foundation stone was laid at the location through an event.
Further, according to TIA General Manager Prem Nath Thakur, the building is to be constructed keeping in mind increased flow of passengers.
The project cost is estimated at NRs 50 million. It will be built by Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) and within a one year deadline. The contract is awarded to Bright Multi Construction.
