Indian coach Manoj Prabhakar to guide Nepali cricketers for one year

Kathmandu, August 8.  The Cricket Association of Nepal on Monday announced that it has appointed Manoj Prabhakar as head coach for the National Cricket Team.

Manoj Prabhakar is a former Indian cricketer who served in the Indian National team for over 15 years, from 1982 to 1997. He has played 39 test matches and 130 ODIs.

After his retirement from the national team, he served as the head coach of the Rajasthan cricket team and the bowling coach for the Delhi cricket team. He also guided the Afghanistan national team in bowling performance.

As per the official announcement made by CAN, Prabhakar will guide the Nepali national cricketers for the period of one year.
